We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To request a return, contact us through our website within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before sending any items back.

Opened Packs

Opened packs are eligible for return within the 30-day period. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount paid for each returned opened pack. You will receive a refund of the remaining 75%.

Please return the original packaging and all remaining contents. Fully consumed packs are not eligible for a refund.

Unopened Packs

Unopened, unused packs returned in their original packaging within the 30-day period are eligible for a refund without the 25% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. The 25% restocking fee does not apply to these returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
